Chairman – Board of Directors

Michael E. Levin, Chairman has been a practicing attorney in New Jersey since 1967 and has acted as President of the law firm of Levin, Shea & Pfeffer, P.A., located in Jackson, New Jersey, since 1972.  Mr. Levin has been an incorporator and a director of several community banks prior to being an organizer of Harmony Bank.  The Banks include Community National Bank of New York, Community State Bank, First Washington State Bank and Garden State Bank of Jackson, New Jersey.

Mr. Levin has served as a member of the Lakewood Township Committee and was also a Mayor of Lakewood Township.  Mr. Levin is a member of the National Board of Directors of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee and presently chairs the Audit Committee.  He is Past President of the Ocean County Jewish Federation and the Association of Jewish Federations of New Jersey.

Mr. Levin served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.  Mr. Levin is partner in a number of development companies, which have built various commercial buildings in Central New Jersey.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Washington & Lee University and a Bachelor of Law Degree from NYU School of Law.  Mr. Levin resides in Manalapan, New Jersey.
