Raymond F. Shea, Jr., has been a practicing attorney since 1971 and has been a partner of the law firm of Levin, Shea & Pfeffer, P.A., located in Jackson, New Jersey since 1972.  Prior to the formation of Harmony Bank, Mr. Shea was a founder with Community State Bank of Teaneck, New Jersey as well as an Incorporator of First Washington State Bank.

Mr. Shea is a former Mayor of Jackson Township.  He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Kimball Medical Center in Lakewood, New Jersey.  He is a member of St. Barnabas Health Care System Board of Trustees; a member of the Board of Trustees of Rein Dancer Therapeutic Riding Center and is Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Georgian Court University.  Mr. Shea is a partner in a number of development companies which have built commercial buildings in Central New Jersey.  Mr. Shea holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from LaSalle University and a Law Degree from St. John’s University School of Law.  Mr. Shea resides in Farmingdale, New Jersey.
